Applicability. These conditions apply to your membership with the Extensus Alumni Network (hereafter called: EAN). By signing up as a member of EAN you confirm that you understand and agree with these terms and conditions.
Membership. Participants and alumni of the Honours Programme at either AUC, UvA or VU are allowed to register for EAN membership if they meet the following conditions:
- They have participated in the Honours Programme at AUC, UvA or VU.
- They have received a bachelor’s degree of the AUC, UvA or VU.
Your membership is personal and not transferable.
Duration. Membership is valid until deregistration. Deregistration is possible at any time, and is achieved by sending an e-mail to alumni@extensus.org stating that you would like to terminate your membership. EAN will reply to your request within one month after receiving the email. If you cancel your membership after the 1stof November, you will still be obligated to pay your membership for that year.
Payment. An annual fee of € 5,- is required for membership. There are no refunds. The payment will be made through an annually automated withdraw from the members’ bank account, for which they have given approval on the registration form. The withdraw will be made to our bank account, with the following identification information:
